Product Description

Stainless steel 310S is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclic conditionsthrough 2000°F. Grade 310S is a lower carbon version, less prone to embrittlement and sensitisation in service. The highchromium and medium nickel content make these steels capable for applications in reducing sulphur atmospheres containing H2S. They are widely used in moderately carburising atmospheres, as encountered in petrochemical environments. For more severe carburising atmospheres other heat resisting alloys should be selected. Grade 310 is not recommended for frequent liquid quenching as it suffers from thermal shock. The grade is often used in cryogenic applications, due to its toughness and low magnetic permeability.

The stainless steel socket welding olet is a kind of pipe fitting in the pipeline system, which is mainly used to connect two pipes and branch one of the pipes. This kind of pipe fitting is usually made of stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance and strength. During installation, socket welding is usually adopted, that is, a pipe is inserted into the socket of the branch pipe seat, and then welded to achieve a firm connection.

The stainless steel threaded olet is a pipe with a threaded structure, which is usually made of stainless steel. Its manufacturing process includes steps such as material selection, cutting, thread processing, cleaning, inspection and packaging. The advantages of stainless steel threaded olet include high heat transfer efficiency, corrosion resistance, high pressure bearing capacity and long life. It is widely used in the manufacture of heat exchangers, condensers, reactors and other equipment.
